-1 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp black pepper
-1 1/2 lb bluegill fillets, skinned and diced
-1/4 cup olive oil
-2 onions, chopped
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
-1 can (3.8 oz) tomato paste
-1 tbsp jalapeño pepper sauce
-1 tbsp honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and black pepper.
