Apple Jalapeño Chutney

Fish Tacos



4 Tilapia Filets

Salt & Pepper

2 cups of shredded Red Cabbage

Olive Oil

4 Limes



Apple Jalapeño Chutney

8 flour or corn tortillas

Sliced Jalapeño (optional)

Season the fish with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-5 minutes per side depending on how thick the filets are. Add 2 Tbs of olive oil and 1/4 cup of lime juice to the cabbage and stir. Layer fish, avocado, slaw, chutney, and cilantro on tortillas. Add fresh jalapeño for an extra kick.
